DNA scaffolding is getting hotter everyday.
Aldaye et al. (from
Sleiman group at McGill) crafted a remarkable review in this week's issue of Science. Three names are visual in this area: Paul Alivisatos of Berkeley (especially for their 1D DNA scaffolds),
Richard Kiehl of Minnesota (
click here for their Nano Letters paper on 2D DNA templates), Hao Yan of Arizona State (
again 2D) and
Ned Seeman of NYU (
another 2D DNA scaffolding).
