DNA Scaffolding - An emerging template chemistry at nanoscale

DNA scaffolding is getting hotter everyday. Aldaye et al. (from Sleiman group at McGill) crafted a remarkable review in this week's issue of Science. Three names are visual in this area: Paul Alivisatos of Berkeley (especially for their 1D DNA scaffolds), Richard Kiehl of Minnesota (click here for their Nano Letters paper on 2D DNA templates), Hao Yan of Arizona State (again 2D) and Ned Seeman of NYU (another 2D DNA scaffolding).
